Grabbed a plain vase at a thrift store a while back and had no idea what to put in it. These twig lights ended up being the answer. Stuck them in, plugged nothing in because it just runs on batteries, and the corner of my room looked finished within a minute.

Five branches total, each one holding 4 LED bulbs, 20 in all spread across 75cm of flexible wire. Bend them however you want, tighter for a small vase or spread wide if you're draping them across a shelf or mantel. The wire holds its shape once you set it, doesn't spring back or droop over time.

Runs on 2 AA batteries, not included so grab some before it arrives. No outlet needed, no cord running across the table, just drop it in a vase or lay it flat for a table setting and you're done. Light comes out warm white, soft enough that it doesn't overpower a room but still noticeable enough to actually do something.

Shows up a lot at weddings and parties, mostly as table centerpieces or background decor for photos. Works just as well for something low key though, a cafe corner, a bedroom shelf, or just sitting in a vase on your desk because the room felt a little empty.

Setup takes barely any time and it's light enough to move around whenever you want to switch up the room. Good for a one time event or something you just leave out year round.
