Bluetooth runs the whole setup. Open the app on your phone and change brightness or color without leaving the couch. Alexa, Google Assistant, Tmall Genie and Duer OS all work with it too, so a quick voice command gets the same result if your phone is across the room.
Plastic shade, three finishes to pick from, white, black or wood grain, so it fits whatever look your room already has going. You can grab the 6 lamp kit for something small or the 9 lamp kit if you want to cover more wall. Each piece comes in at 221 by 16mm, light enough that moving pieces around later is not a hassle.
Setup takes a few minutes. Peel the backing, stick it up, click the pieces together. Inside the box you get the lamp strips, an adapter, and a manual that actually walks you through it.
What I like most is that it does not stay the same. Bored of the zigzag from last month? Pull it apart and build something new. Same lamp, different look every time.
